Return and Refund Policy

As SEL Holiday, we prioritise customer satisfaction and ensure that your booking process is safe and hassle-free. Cancellation and refund conditions regarding our tours and services are stated below.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour date will be fully refunded.
  • For cancellations made up to 3-6 days before the tour date, 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations made 48 hours before and after the tour date.

2. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure

  • In case of cancellation of the tour (such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or insufficient participation), the customer is offered an alternative date or the full fee is refunded.

3. Partial Utilisation and Changes

  • In case of partial use of the booked tour or service by the customer, no refund is made.
  • Reservation change requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Reimbursement Process

  • Refunds are processed depending on the form of payment:
    • Payments made by credit card are returned to the same card. The processing time may take 7-14 working days depending on the bank.
    • Payments made by bank transfer will be refunded to the account number specified by the customer and the processing time varies between 3-7 working days.

5. Private and Group Tours

  • Different cancellation conditions may apply for private and group tours. Please contact our customer representative for detailed information.
