This Distance Sales Agreement (‘Agreement’) has been concluded between the following parties:

2. Subject of the Contract
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the tour services (‘Service’) purchased or rented by the Buyer through the selholiday.com website (‘Website’) of the Seller. The Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. Service Information

- Mode of Delivery: The service will be delivered on the tour start date, at the place and time specified in the tour programme.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the purchase of the Service, on a date prior to the start of the Service, without giving any reason. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for bookings made less than 7 (seven) days before the start of the Service.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of the withdrawal request. The notification may be made by registered letter, fax or e-mail to the Seller's address specified above.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised validly, the price paid to the Buyer shall be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal by the Seller, in the manner in which the Buyer has paid.
5. Cases where the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised
The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- Bookings made less than 7 (seven) days before the start of the Service.
- The Service is tailor-made in line with the special requests of the Buyer.
- In the event that the Service is cancelled by the Buyer before the start date of the tour, compensation for the damage incurred by the Seller may be requested.
6. Payment and Invoice
The Buyer shall pay the Service fee by credit card through the bank payment link provided by the Seller on the Website. The payment can be made in one shot or instalments.
The Seller shall send the invoice to the Buyer for the Service price after the delivery of the Service.
7. Delivery
The service will be delivered on the tour start date, at the place and time specified in the tour programme. The buyer is obliged to be present at the place and time specified in the tour programme.
8. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorised for disputes arising out of this Agreement.
9. Enforcement
This Agreement shall enter into force upon the Buyer's purchase of the Service through the Website.
10. Acceptance
The Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted this Agreement.
